Walk on by…its a good day to just go for a stroll in the trees. Welcome to the Dollhouse.
- Exercise. it is the best way of getting the THC out of your body. You probably won’t feel up to anything too strenuous, but anything that makes you break a sweat will be a big help. CHECK! well our kind of POT is exercise so???

Splash your face with cold water. CHECK! Didn’t really help, but I’m awake now.
- Try to be aware of your surroundings. Force yourself to focus on things even though your eyesight may be going a bit hazy. CHECK! I thought I was just getting old and needed glasses

Be conscious of your body. Force yourself to move as you normally would. CHECK! Heels on, ready to go
- Leave the room if there is still any lingering smoke, go somewhere where there’s fresh air, and, if po ssible, breeze. CHECK!
- Sometimes your legs may numb, if this is the case, rub them or splash water on them until feeling returns.
CHECK! Going paddling this morning, so that should take care of all 6 in one.
